A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in MG/L of SANITIZING solutions shall be provided. Facility has chlorine test strips but uses Quaternary Ammonium in the three compartment sink. provide (Quat) test strips to test sanitizer solution. . Follow up inspection for not having proper sanitizer testing devices. Quaternary Ammonium sanitizer is still being used in three compartment sink but has no way of testing. A Second Follow up will be conducted. Currently NO way to test sanitizer levels. |
